You must be at least 18 years old to use sBeer. You’re responsible for using the app in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. If your local legal drinking age is higher than 18, that higher age applies to you.
sBeer is a social tracker for casual beer logging. It’s not a health tracker, medical device, or harm-reduction tool. If you’re trying to reduce your drinking or track it for medical reasons, please use a product designed for that — and talk to a professional.
You’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for the data you enter. Don’t tag friends without their consent. Don’t impersonate other people. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that harass other users, spam the feed, or violate local laws.
Sessions, comments, and notes you create are yours. You grant sBeer a license to store and display that content to the audience you’ve chosen (friends, crew, or private). Deleting a session or your account revokes that license within 30 days.
When you create a share link for a session (via the web companion at sbeer.site/s/…), the link works for anyone who has it. You can revoke the link at any time. Private notes are stripped from the shared view for sessions marked private.
We’ll update these terms as the product grows. When we make material changes we’ll let you know in-app. Continuing to use sBeer after a material change means you accept the new terms.
sBeer is provided as-is. We don’t warrant it’s bug-free or suitable for any particular purpose beyond its described use. To the extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect damages from your use of the service.
